I offer the option of assisting with certain home improvements or repairs at no charge. I can even pay for the work up front and get reimbursed through escrow. This service has no strings attached: no fees, no markups, no interest.

• Quick turnaround, with all work occurring in the 1-2 weeks leading to your listing date

• Advisement from my interior decorator at no charge, to be sure we are complementing your home and staying on trend to attract potential buyers

• Total project management, if desired - our goal is that you hand us the keys, we make the magic happen
